Hi, i'm new in here, anyone know anything about TYPE no.s ?
Hi, my 1968 122s has been in our family since 1970(ish) we are the second registered keepers, the first being a performance tuning mechanic, & family friend. We have always loved the 122s and my father was a member of the Volvo club and although we'd heard about 121 and 123GT I have recently found out about 131 133 132s etc. this is confusing, further added to by buying a "120 ultimate portfolio" book whilst showing the car in Belgium just recently ! it appears our beloved family car is no longer a 122s but a 133 ! is this right ???
The type no. is 133342P the VIN no. is s-5213.5250 the Engine no. is 5421 I would be most grateful for any information you guys could share with me about this car. Many thanks :-) Jon. |

on the block should be written B18 if it is a B18
located on the distributor side of block, on the level just above the dipstick. The final B indicates twin carb as opposed to B18A - single carb |
