C30 D5 (auto) for sale 2007

Due to a change of jobs to something much, much more local our second car will shortly be available for sale. I've owned the C30 since August 2020 (77k miles) and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of driving it.

Now on 123k miles but by July will be on circa 125k. Most miles are from my commute, a long daily drive down the A505 & A1. Available from early July and will go on Auto Trader if not sold by then. Would obviously prefer it to go to a Volvo enthusiast!

• D5 engine, 5 speed automatic gearbox

• Light grey, very good paint work for age

• Black interior, all good condition

• Intricate service history from last three years (as in every light bulb changed!) and some from prior to that

• Serviced regularly - twice annual oil/filter change, annual everything else as required (Volvo service parts and Castrol oil used)

• Four good tyres (one Pirelli, three Avon) plus space saver/jack in boot

• Gets 50mpg and very comfortable to drive, I do a combined 3 hour daily commute in this and have done weekends away - brilliant small car

Work done in last three years outside of normal service items includes:
OS CV gaiter (Sep '20)
Fuel filter & housing (Nov' 20)
OS wheel bearing and drive shaft, front discs/pads/backing plates and suspension arm bushes (Apr '21)
Rear brake discs/pads/backing plates/hub (Aug' 21)
Throttle disc/swirl flap arm/injector seals (Jan' 22)
NS CV gaiter & OS front droplink (Jul '22)
Main battery (Volvo, Sep' 22)
Brake servo & a/c re-gas (Dec '22)
Boost pressure sensor (Jan' 23)

Bad points:
- small chip in windscreen, driver side, but wasn't noted on last MOT
- small split in driver seat starting to form

Has private plate that will go with the car. Also has Pure Highway 600 fitted, to stream music from a phone and pick up DAB radio. Note it now has the original silver/black grill on, not the all-black one shown in the photos (as was fitted by a previous owner).

I will do an oil and filter change at the end of June/early July, and get a new MOT on it in July (current one expires on 4 Aug).

All original except the wheels are black and it's sitting on slightly lower springs (both from previous owner). Everything works, has both keys, manual and all receipts etc in vehicle file.

Opens to sensible offers - it's a very comfortable, capable small car that should serve someone well for years to come. Happy to answer questions of get extra photos if required. We're near St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

MOT is booked for 13 July and it'll be available straight away after this. I am also going to change the oil, filter and air filter by then too.
