Default V50 A/C Issue - works then stops

I have a problem with my A/C / climate control, it blows cold air for 10-15 minutes and then starts blowing normal. I've tried turning it off then on again, sometimes it does come on again for a few minutes, then goes off.

It doesn't matter what speed I am driving, although does seen to stay on for longer if I'm at motorway speeds.

It stopped working last winter and I didn't use it until I had a full system re-gas a few weeks ago, but before that it worked totally fine

The air gap in the compressor clutch is too big. The closing coil overheats and then cant close the clutch. Slip the auxilary belt off and remove the the nut on the end off the clutch. Jack the plate off with three screws (M4 I think) then remove a suitable thickness of shim before reassembling. This can all be done with the drivers side wheel off and the inner arch removed.

On my S80 it was a bit of a pain due to access but the V50 is really easy no need to degass or loosen the compressor.
