S90 doors don't autolock if car left open

I have a '68 S90 and noticed today that I'd accidentally left the car unlocked in the drive but it didn't automatically lock itself which surprised me (I've noticed after about 7 hours of it being unlocked out there!). My previous Volvo V40 locked within about a minute and I am amazed this doesn't as it's newer. Have I missed an option somewhere on the system? Have had a hunt tonight but no joy finding anything about it.

It won’t, it will only auto lock if you unlock and don’t open any doors.

It was also a surprise for me it’s not a standard feature in new Volvos. Even my 2017 and 2019 Mazda MX-5s had this feature when I walked away from the car with the key in my pocket, it automatically locked themselves.

If you have the VOC app then it'll tell you the doors are unlocked, but you still need to lock it yourself.
