Default Front control arm and top mount bolt torques

Hi,

Seems to be pretty hard to find any torque specs for the phase 3 V70, everything on youtube is phase 2 related.

Has anyone got the bolt torques for the front lower control arms, being the two rear ones with nuts and single front. Think they are all M10.

Also has anyone got the 3 top mount nut torques?

Thanks for any help,
Tim

Front control arm mounting should be 140 Nm then angle torqued a further 45°

Both rears should be 175 Nm

Control arm ball joint to hub should be 110 Nm

If it's the three M8 nuts on the upper bearing, they are 24 Nm
