I have one of those cheap fault code readers from ebay, I can reset codes with it, after I have read it though.

Smile S80, D5 185 hp. Trouble code P0403

Hello, I have a Volvo s80 2.4 D5, 185 hp. 2007 it reports trouble code P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Malfunction. Egr has been replaced. I think there is an electrical fault in the circuit. Has anyone experienced this before ?

You will be better posting in the forum for your car. This deals with the classic S/V40 upto 2004 - completely different cars.
