V40 can't start
Hi , I have V40 1997 model , need you expert help about my V40 problem It can not start the engine.
info :New battery, new glow plug, new Fuel pump (change the motor only) CAM sensor checked Good condition last few week I drove this car on the way back to my house during short distance from the supermarket nearby , An engine stop suddenly on the fly. I try to pull it slowly and stop beside the road. I found that I can't start the engine anymore start dynamo is working well, by the way i notice that their is some clicking noise I never heard before(continuous tik-tok~ )from relay at box, that 's Engine relay. After a few hours waiting for my brother to pull the car back home. I check the voltage input to that relay is less than 12V (7-9 volt) I guesses that it is the cause of relay not fully Function. I try to jump the relay and found that an engine can start for a 10 sec and stop again. I already confirm the ground connection from relay that should be ok (0.3ohm) if not please recommend. Now I need some correct wiring diagram to further check it or if you have any comment will be great. |
