So it seems the removal process or any jarring to the units and the filaments in the bulbs go. Why they last over potholes and bumps but fail when you take out the units is beyond me. Same thing with the 8 bulbs in the ac control unit. All 8 failed at once. Test em with an ohm meter and the test good, put em in and then they don't work, test em again and they have failed. And at 7 bucks a bulb,...someone gotta make a substitute????

Hi there are the pictures you took still available as my V70 has the same problem started with indicators stuttering the all instruments freezing then went black, all came back with next restart no hassels for 3 weeks then today after getting to work needed to go see a client nothing all black and none of the dials or gauges are working displays black, please help?
