Default V70 d5 clutch and brake issues help

Hi all I've a 2007 V70 manual d5 sport that was remapped by shark when I had it 3 years ago. Its always had slight slip on boost from the clutch but that disappeared when I had a few issues with keeping yhe boost pipes on the car. After a few new seals on the pipework and fixing the under engine mounting point I've got full boost back reliably and a few k later the clutch issue re-appeared. I've read somewhere on here that a clutch and flywheel from an R model will cure this, but can't find the right threads. Can anyone help point me in the right direction.my cars supposed to be running 200 hp

In addition to this the car came on much bigger discs and calipers to " police spec " can someone give me part numbers for pads and discs??

I've also got the worn swirl flap problem that I've rigged up to be permanently open but think its not quite boosting correctly with it always in the open position.

After cracking the windscreens getting sloppy suspension I'm tempted to part ex it or scrap it but love it when it's right and prepared to put some good money into to it as it near 190k

AFAIK the D5 185 clutch is the same as the R. I looked into this a while back but couldn't get a definitive answer and in the end went with standard. If the clutch is slipping due to the tune then I'd say it's not been done very well giving you a torque spike too low.
That or change your driving style to avoid causing it to slip, once it's started then each time it does it your making it easier for it to do it again by glazing the surface.

As for brakes, have a look at the Brembo online catalogue. I'm guessing you have 320mm discs, I believe they were the police spec size, I know Brembo do them and I'm fairly sure they'll be cheaper than the stealer and last a whole lot better than Volvo genuine.

Is it the swirl arm that has come off or something different?
