Default Volvo P1800 Carpet Sets

Hi All

Just joined the forum after reading many a useful thread on here!

Amongst other things I was looking to replace the red carpet set in my P1800 - where is generally considered the best place to get these, Brookhouse?

Would rather pay a bit extra and get something that will last.

Thanks!
Paul

Richard Felton might be the man to have a word with. He's in Doncaster.

I suspect it might be Richard that's does the Brookhouse Volvo carpet sets. Seen Richard's handy work in Kevin prices ST1 P1800 very nice indeed.

Also enquired myself with Coverdale who where featured on wheeler dealer.

I was going via the Richard Fenton route but ave diverted funds towards engine rebuild. Richard will be the best quality route, my advice give him a strict deadline or you may have quite a wait, he is happy to post carpet samples too just so you know what you are getting.

Old thread, but anyway: his work may be good, but you´ll need more than the patience of a saint even to get response to simple enquiries. If a company wants to sell their carpets, they need to make it convenient for the customer.

Yes I do have to agree, I ordered carpet from him, heard nothing, called and all seemed well, heard nothing, sent a few polite emails but no reply, called again to get an update and now given up. Very polite and always answers the phone, quality is fab on few of his jobs I've seen, but as you say you do need the patience of a saint.
Have you received yours yet Saintlyvolvo. I guess like we all do he gets too busy and can't keep up.

After a few months, I also gave up... Too bad, as I understand his work is very satisfying. However, Lakewell can also offer German Square Weave. Anyone tried their carpets?
