Driver profile auto changes - need help

I have set two driver profiles (JON and NOM) on my XC90 MY18 since new and use one single key which is not paired to any profile. Depending on who is driving, from either of us, we change the driver profile and until now it was working fine to auto adjust seat and other settings etc as per the profile.

What is happening now that if driver profile is JON and we change to NOM before driving - it does change however once we reach our destination and engine is turned off and car locked, upon return (say 1 hour) the driver profile automatically changes back to JON but driver seat settings remains as NOM. It always changes back to JON and not vice versa but seat settings as of NOM.

Do I need to tick a yes/no option in settings so the profile shouldn't auto change? A new software update was done about two weeks ago so that might have changed an option to default which I am unaware off (learnt from my previous post of auto start stop). Thanks
