  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Just to report back, it's nearly exactly this.
Perhaps it seems warmer in the very hot weather we've had.

Yes correct! you say "dealer" but it is a misinformed person on the front desk who is in the wrong , always report these issues to the dealer principle .. If no one does then this kind of thing will never be sorted , same goes for :
" Engine cleaner" "
" Air conditioning service" , there is no such thing ...it just adds a smell to car for a week
or "Fuel treatment"
ALWAYS reject them , its a money making scam you would not expect to find in a VOLVO Main dealer , It's not supported by Volvo UK . ...
