2005 Volvo V70 D5 SE , NEW CLUTCH/DMF, NEW MOT, Shark remap
Hi there,
I have my Volvo V70 D5 SE Manual for sale, I've owned it for 3 years and I bought it from the original owner. I've been a Volvo fan for years and we have three D5 engined ones in the family currently. The car is in great condition, with 158000 miles and does drive very well, no strange noises, the engine runs perfectly and the car had most of the factory options selected. The car passed it's MOT with no advisories this month, expires 9th DEC 2020. The following major work has been done in the last 3000 miles: - New Volvo clutch and DMF kit - New Volvo timing belt and water pump kit During my ownership I have also done the following: - New front wheel bearings - New Intercooler - New track rod ends - New heavy duty rear springs and KYB Gas dampers (does not change how the car rides, but prevents the rear sitting down as much, as these do tend to sit down without much weight in) - 4 new Goodyear Eagle tyres, rears have 6mm tread and fronts are a month old, 8mm left. - Tracking done - New upper and lower tie rod engine mounts. - All servicing done at half of Volvo's intervals - New towbar with Volvo genuine 13 pin trailer module (I have never towed with it). - Air Con regassed (ice cold) - New rear calipers - New discs and pads all round - New backbox just fitted. - I did an injector leak off test this year and all 5 were perfect, the leak off was minimal even after several minutes. I've fitted new injectors to other cars with as much leak off, so I was impressed with the V70's. The car has the following desirable options: - Electric driver's seat - Power folding mirrors - Rear parking sensors - SatNav (screen does not come up currently, have never looked into it) The car does have some mods as well: - Shark Stage 1 Map, this was done at Shark HQ a couple of years ago, the car drives great and is making 185bhp (it dyno'd at 163bhp before the map was put on). Ben from Shark did give it some fine tuning on the rollers. The car drives as refined as it did from factory, but with plenty more performance, fuel consumption is still in the low 40s (calculated). - XC90 336mm front brake setup, this was fitted earlier this year and gives you plenty of confidence under braking - EGR delete (minor mod I know, but this was done at 129k miles when I bought the car) It also has a full set of genuine Volvo rubber mats and the Volvo boot cover. I can include a boot liner as well. The car has never wanted for anything in it's life with either owner, being Volvo serviced with the original owner and I have kept up the servicing and maintenance in my ownership. It has been faultlessly reliable with me, never uses any fluids and is a brilliant car, I would have no hesitation in doing massive distances in it. The car has never had an accident and is HPI clear. Please contact me for any more information. I want £2250 for it. Car is located near Warwick, PM me or reply on here if interested.
