Default No dipped headlights

Apologies in advance for yet another thread on this topic......

Confused novice of Sheffield

I have a 52 plate (2002) v40. Read the forum religiously and self-diagnosed my lack of dipped headlight as being the failed relay(s) on the CEM. Bought a couple of relays from RS and finally plumped up enough courage to go mining in the footwell to find said item and, with the aid of my very rarely used soldering iron, effect a repair.

Am I looking in the wrong place because up under the steering column is a fuseboard with a couple of PA66-GF25 plug-in relays among a couple of other items. I can't find anything resembling pictures of the CEM, as posted by others. The arrangement looks more like the pre-2000 pictures I've seen in other posts.
