XC60 Diesel D5 DPF pressure sensor fault
XC60 Diesel D5 DPF pressure sensor.
Fault code ECM P245202. Pressure sensor circuit A Signal fail. I have changed the sensor and it makes no difference. Disconnected the pipes from the DPF still no difference. You do not need to start engine for fault to register. Reset it and as soon as the Ignition goes back to position II the fault reappears. |

Did you change a component on the basis of a fault code without doing any wiring tests?

I had a known good sensor available to substitute as a means of ruling that out. I visually inspection the wiring but am having trouble finding the DPF (7/174) on the wiring diagram for the 5 cylinder twin turbo diesel engine. I found it on the four cylinder but that does not mean the pin locations on the ECM are going to be the same.
