I have the 855 with the NA 2.435L b5252s engine.
On country roads I used 0.8 litres of petrol pr 10 km. With lpg I use 0.9 litres of Lpg pr 10 km. Many people say that they use about 10-15% more lpg than petrol after converting. |

I know someone who used to have a V70 with a LPG tank fitted, he used to say he'd get about 10% to 15% less when it was being run on LPG to Petrol (depending if it was short or longer runs) and he'd get middle'ish 20’s when on Petrol.
He now drives a V70 Diesel (163bhp D5)...

My automatic 2.5 10v LPG conversion gives 30 to 31 mpg on petrol, and 26 to 28mpg on LPG.

I've just returned from a 1,500 mile run to Baden-Baden in Germany.
My calculated economy on LPG has returned 24mpg, that's sitting at 85mph indicated (true 80mph) on the motorways in France - higher speed limit before anyone says anything LPG is comparatively more expensive though in France at around 0.98 cents/litre on the autoroutes Made a bigger than expected hole in the finances! |
