Default 240 Rear Seatbelt Alternatives

Hi all.
Long time no post, I've had a few years of low mileage use from Tor since my last post and it just passed its MOT last week - Tor is a K reg Torslanda estate.
I'm about to become a father (tomorrow) and we'll be using Tor more, as my main vehicle is a 2 seater van.

I've ran into a problem, in that, our choice of car seat (push-chair travel system) doesn't fit the seatbelt strap into all of necessary securing points. Also, the belt system doesn't lock on full extension and remain locked as newer car seatbelt systems do.

Ideally, I'd replace the full rear belts with something that's far longer (Tor is an estate and the belts come up and over the rear seats, so you lose about a meter to begin with), but also something that locks on full extension.

Does anyone know what would fit and how easy replacement is?
