Posting photos after Photobuckets $400 chance!

How can one post photos here in future for free?

Is the ability to add images being removed? I just attach files from the menu below the 'reply to thread' window. If that ability is going, you can just put a link to an image url, from your image host/website/cloud etc of choice.

I have a large number of photos held by Photobucket, but cannot post them on here any more.
They have changed their terms of trade as at July, and will not make photos available to "third Parties" without paying a fee of $399!
As they did not announce this but snuck it in under the wire more than 2 years after I started using the service, it seems to be to be sneaky to say the least......

I wondered why the link to to the item i had for sale did not show. I ended up posting an email link which i believe has worked.
So now there is no point using PB and all the adverts and scams it introduces!

Sorry Russ, the link doesn't work either. Sample pic (original is a bit squashed, not a fault in the way it's posted) attached using the paper clip on the normal forum reply form. It doesn't show on the message until it's previewed. Give it a go.

Interesting that the photos put on the above two postings work OK.
Any thoughts on alternatives I could use to Photobucket?

Imgur, Google photos, Flickr, Instagram, Postimage, Imgbox, Smugmug, imageshack, Up1, ipfs.pics, Lutim, Veuwer.

The 2 pics posted are just pulled of mine and Gillberry's hard drive. No need to use an online site unless you want to imbed the pic into your post as a large picture that you don't have to click on to open. Just note that there are size restrictions and these are listed below the browse box. You can put up 5 pics at a time but you might have resize them first.
I was going to try Imgur as I though I was a member but it appears not.
