Dealer lent me a black one last week. Like the XC90, nice at the front, nothing special from behind.

Hang on, I only bought this car so it would drive itself while I was writing a few text messages

He can afford it, since he charges £7.50 each time. He doesn't make a fortune out of me though, because I only get cut four times a year.
As it happens I tried him three times lately and he was closed each time, so I tried a new barber. This one gave me quite a fright when he used a flame-thrower in both nostrils and ears. I wasn't expecting that. Or the £10 bill.

PS. Your lady barber/hairdresser probably has a new Bentley Continental hiding around the back.

So if he is on this forum then may I make my disapproval felt!
I spent the weekend going from Swindon to Bristol and back in mine while twiddling my thumbs, the Pilot assist dealing with the driving part, didn't drift out of lanes at any point, his must be broken!

Ive only seen a couple of S90’s and just as few V90’s.

I’m not a great fan of the rear of S90 or indeed XC90 just a matter of personal taste, one reminds of the Renault Megane ‘Classic’ the other a KIA Picanto....which is odd as they dont look anything like them!

Agreed, the rear is definitely not the best view of the S90 - but I won't see that when I'm in it, and it's a beauty from the front. And who knows, maybe the butt is ugly enough to make the Audi drivers drop back a little....

It took a while for the S90 to grow on me, I've always been a fan of the big Volvo saloon's rather than the wagons... I appreciate the 90s quirkiness now though. it's different.

Took delivery of mine (year old approved used R-Design) today. I was really worried as I’d not had a good close look at one in the flesh. A colleague has a V90 and a quick drive in his using pilot assist and I traded my Germanic touring vehicle.

In short, I think the car is stunning. It’s a lot lower and sleeker than expected and has a bit of an S5 silhouette. I also love the fact they are like hens teeth.
