Default EBA - possible to disable?

We drive a lot on single track roads with passing places, frequently this involves meeting cars head on at short notice at 50+mph.

So you come off the throttle pedal and onto the brakes in a very short space of time, and press with a medium pressure to drop your speed as needed.

The problem we have is that the car thinks that as I've come off power and gone onto brakes so fast then it must be an emergency and slams the damn anchors on so hard we nearly go thru the windscreen and the guy in the car coming towards us thinks we're total plonkers for panicking!

Is there any way of de-sensitizing the system so it takes a bit more to engage it, or a way to disable it completely whilst still leaving ABS and antiskid active?

It's so bloody annoying, I know how hard I need to brake, if it's an emergency I'll have both feet on the pedal, this drives me more mad than the damn seatbelt "bong"

Best get the advice of your Main Stealer on this, at best it will probably be an alteration to the braking system Software to disable it, and at worst it probably cant be done without replacing the ABS ECU or something equaly expensive.
