Hi

I think you have over priced the 4x4

I bought mine from dealer, 1 previous owner, 2004 model D5 SE with 88k and fsh, servicing included the big service

Cost me £6495 with three months warranty.

Your not gona get offers above this bcoz there are other being advertised for less. If you wana sell it you will be better off setting a price a realistic price rather than being open to offers

thats just my opinion

I think ifzal123 is right,
I got my 52 plate (Feb 03) D5 for £5K with 120K on the clock and that has Phone, Mini Disk and Rear DVD player with built in screens in the Driver and Front passengers headrests. As you say it’s in daily use, what is the current mileage?

Just a note
I believe under the new rules car road tax is not transferable when a car is sold I think the original owner either cashes it in or it is lost
Please correct me if I'm wrong?

This is correct, new owner needs to tax immediately upon purchase. As the seller you don't formally have to claim it back. Sending the V5 back to the DVLA to notify of the change of keeper automatically triggers this. You should get a refund back within a week or so. We sold our Merc just before Xmas and the refund cheque came back quickly.
