Default V40 Sound Insulation

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to instruct / what to use to soundproof (or at least reduce) the level of cabin sound in a V40 T3 petrol? I'm approaching it from the perspective of a former Lexus/Jaguar owner (so I know it won't be on a par with either of those) but some thoughts would be really useful. I also have 18" rims and am thinking of replacing them with smaller rims too. All comments welcome.

Here’s a compendium of information. The website has been deleted, but the way back machine can access it.
I’m sure there’s a number of specialists out there who would be happy to help.
Lots of products out there too, you can educate yourself searching the internet.
