Default ECM ECU Cooling Fan

Hi All
I need some help with the cooling fan for the ECU ECM box
Or any info on it would be great.
I know where it is but not sure of the fuse location
And what problems would there be if it was not working
And I am not sure how to find out if its working

ANY info would be great

Thanks
Steve
