Default Bits for my "new" 960 please???

Progress apace on my "new" (well, 55kmiles only) but a couple of things I need.

She seems not to have a CD player (big double DIN radio/tape player in dash, seems to be an SC-801 RDS). It has got a CD button but pushing it achieves nothing.

Would it be in the left rear hideyhole if I had one?

Can anybody sell me one?

I already have the semi-compatible Alpine 6 disc changer (from a 940) but it needs an adapter behind the single-DIN Volvo head unit and I'm guessing that the 940 will already have CD changer cable to the boot and taking the flipping trim out to put a different one in would be a pain.

Next, there is condensation in my left-hand headlight and I'm sure they are a horrid price new. Can anyone sell me a new one (with working wiper please and if the (electric?) adjuster is integral one of those too).

OR can anyone tell me how to stop the condensation and make the adjuster work?

Pretty sure on my 960 the CD changer was an Alpine unit hidden in the boot on the drivers side.

Default Adapter????

Was there a big blocky adapter behind the head unit? Was the lead to the 6-CD changer Volvo/Alpine/Something else???

I think there was a block behind the dash, I cant really remwmber it was 3 years ago.

Cd changer was an alpine unit but looked factory into the volvo radio.

Minty, you're on! How much? With the electric adjuster bits?

Has it got a CD changer?

What else on it is no longer available from Volvo?

What colour is the interior and are the door cards good?

Mornin. There are more details in the link to the thread below.
http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=217136
its still pretty much intact but interior has been sold.
It does have a CD changer but an aftermarket so not sure of its compatibility with the head unit.
Cheers minty
