Default Koni FSD's: Any Good?

I'm on the point of replacing all four of my shocks which are now feeling past their best (slightly soggy response and not damping well over undulations).

After a lot of consideration I'm set on sticking with standard ride height (V50 T5) and was on the point of getting some Bilstein B4's to replace the OEM shocks. However, I stumbled across a comprehensive review of Koni FSD's (on a mini forum) which suggested they provide level cornering whilst also improving ride comfort. Anyone on here any experience of these? Too good to be true?

this is on a 850 but should be roughly the same.
I bought fsd's and on standard springs they were lovley the ride quality greatly improved the car had never been so smooth but tbh i didnt notice any improvement in handling thats why i went to 30mm lowering spring and the ride went from lovely to 100% terrible after a short while.
Ide reccomend them with standard springs but dont even think about using lowering ones.
Hope this helps
