Using Volvo Vida & Dice
Hi All. Questions: Using Dice & Vida software what is the process/procedure for restting the srs service due, have been struggling to work out how to go about it. Maybe we could have a Thread dedicated to this area for those of us who have the dice interface & vida software but have a few problems using it.
The srs service due is annoying me and i just haven't worked out how to reset it, also how to erase all fault codes etc. Any help will be much appreciated in these matters. As a newish member i am unable to pm at mo, you can pm me if easier. Thanks all. |

connect the dice to car when it has connected and talking to it click on fault trace,it will then give you all faults in the car. you will have then 3 highlighted boxes just under where the diagram is with all faults listed, these are initial state, unselected and delivery. click on delivery it will then change to another screen with all your faults logged at the bottom left hand corner you will see ERASE, click on this another box will be displayed saying turn ignition off, ignition back on start engine rev to over 1500 ignition off start again and let it tick over for 20 seconds click on erase and the system will erase the DTC'S.it will the show you what faults you have left or that are still active and need looking at, your SRS fault should go out if there is no other issues.
