Default S80 unlocking and locking doors

hi, can anyone advice on two issues. Got a Volvo s80 2015 keyless entry, two issues.

First. After a drive, and the doors are locked, I usually open the door handle and,
the door will open, but sometimes the door will not open, like am locked in..
I have to press the unlock button on the door, then it opens, this is intermittent.

Second, my rear drivers door doesn't always knock, the pin doesn't fully go down, and pops back up, with few attempts
I have to keep pressing the lock or on the handle as its keyless the key fob. I know the locking is an common issue

any idea please.

Thank you

In that case it could be many things and impossible to pin point here, to give you a few pointers though it could be a central locking motor going bad or water in a connector which would mean taking it apart and cleaning with some contact cleaner and even deeper a faulty module somewhere, you really need an auto electrician on this one.

I can't help you with that as I don't know the car very well, you may find the motor is behind a metal plate that's riveted to the door as for the modules they can be anywhere and I'd strongly recommend you seek pro help from an electrician tbh or you could end up with more to fix later.
