volvo 850 AWD red for breaking
as the title says i purchased a red AWD 850 since i wanted a few parts for my 850 and seemed cheaper to buy a car!
almost all of this car will be available for parts, i plan on taking a few trim pieces. ive been told that the car is all good apart from a slipping clutch. not sure how true it is since i dont have the car yet. these are the only pictures i have at the moment. should be arriving some time this week |

might take a look at this later this month as passing by. apart from the clutch slipping, any idea if the AWD is working? might take the AWD transfer box from you if it is indeed working

and it seems it wasnt the owner selling it on ebay, he has gotten it wrong and it was not the clutch, but the handbrake is very high. seems to drive perfect. not sure about the AWD, only took it round the block. ive never had an AWD before, not familiar with the parts! is a transfer box in the middle of the car? between the axles? regards, Matt |

i'd be interested in the dog guard nad fixtures if you are parting that out too.
the transfer box is connected to gearbox at rear of engine. there should be a prop shaft connected to it and drives the rear wheels. if you check for those components, then put the car up on axle stands and put the car in first gear, all 4 wheels should work (spin) If you look at my AWD build thread, you should be able to picture the set-up Cheers B

ok removed the dog guard today
appears to be in good condition some very small rust on 1 edge. it still snaps up to the roof and holds well. includes all fittings and both struts. Darth Vol gets first refusal. i'm looking for £50 + postage or collection regards, Matt |
