Default Wow theres actually FOUR jets!

I ended up trying peteS40's suggestion first because it was the easiest, and I succeeded in unclogging 2 more of the jets, leaving only one that doesn't spray. I had seen the other little black knob on the hood but I never remembered it working before so it never occured to me to look into fixing them. I was able to unclog one of those, but the other didn't seem to be foaming or showing any signs of water pressure through it so I gave up.

PS: My windshield is spotless once again! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

After you've cleaned / bought new jets and cleaned the washer bottle, (and you clean the hoses), then only use distilled water and screen wash and you should have a clean screen for a VERY long time
