Default Volvo V70 2006 D5 sensor questio

Hi all.
I’ve tried to locate problem with forum search but can’t find my answer so here goes!!
Can anyone help with showing me how to cure fault codes 167 and 42 please?
Car won’t start. I can see swirl flap arm come apart at motor so I have tie wrapped it on. It hunts but buzzes after switching off.
From holding down the trip button I have. Codes 167 and 042.
Can anyone point me as to where Bank 2 sensor 3 is located please.
Thank sin anticipation
MIKE

google search:

volvo 042
volvo 167

both come up with loads of threads on this forum talking about them . On forum search engines tend to be pretty lame.

Those numbers refer to modules that have had codes set since the last reset, they may not be active now. Don’t know which modules they refer to, there’s likely a list on the forum somewhere.
You need to get the car on a proper code reader to see what’s actually causing problems.

What’s the fuel level showing btw? If less that 1/4, put a couple of gallons in and try again.
