tints
To tint or not to tint, that is the question! What are the legalities?

tint
Legal aspects are the front windows need to allow at least 70% of natural day light through, windscreen cannot have a tint other than the sun strip otherwise it must allow 75% natural light. Rear windows can be as dark as you want or even mirrored if you must

Dont forget to check with your insurance first as it can add a big chunk to the premium.

ok, good call re: insurance
anyone ever see/seen SILVER TO BLACK FADE CAR WINDOW tints? Had tints on my older bmw but it was cosmos black so it worked - my volv is dark green & am not sure it would look as good. The silver to black would match well with the alloys & trim... not to mention being better at keeping the prying eyes out... Anyone?
