Default Xc60 68 plate reversing sensors not working

Hi All anybody know of any issues with the reversing sensors? Mine are REALLY intermittent, sometimes they work sometimes they don't.

I ended up reversing into my garage door the other day and they didn't sound AT ALL! That's the 1st time i realised they were intermittent!

Tonight I've drove home reversed back onto the drive and as I'm conciois they can't be relied on i immediately noticed they werent working again.

Anybody else got this issue or have ideas how to sort it out?

Suggest it may be as simple as somehow the volume level specific to those sensors has been turned down to zero!

Ive managed to turn mine off a couple of times, its easy done with the swipings.

What I do have though is a lag before they work, about 200ms or so. Jags are bad for this too.

If you swipe from right to left in sensus and touch the park assist tile the green bar to the left of the tile goes out and thats them off.

The volume is in settings, but when they are active, the master volume will adjust them as well, I keep silencing the sat nav like this.
