Who's the dealer Kentish?

At this stage I will not name the dealer but may do so in the future, depending on their next moves and speedy resolution to this matter.

Connectivity on my wife's XC60 is patchy, at best. The VOC app allows the car to be remotely started maybe once every five attempts. I regret not buying the Momentum Pro where remote start has it's own dedicated button on the key fob.

Car has gone back in today, they again have a VCM and IHU available for fitting... lets see if they can sort it this time.

Sorry to drag this up from the past, bit did you ever achieve a resolution with this? If so, what did it require?
