Mine did this on Thursday but was fine on Friday.... Just a glitch on their servers perhaps?

I've tried to download the Driving Journal several times over the last couple of days using both iOS and Android and Excel reports the files as corrupt.

Anyone else had problems?

I find that the downloaded file does not open properly on the phone.

But the same file opens correctly via Excel on a Windows PC.

Have you guys tried opening it on your PC?

The xlsx file won't open with Excel running on Win10 but bizarrely the same file will open with Google Sheets.

In the end I downloaded a csv version of the file and it did open with Excel.

Hi, mine was missing Saturdays and Sundays trips. Looking at the filter trips screen, it was only showing the date up to 8/11/19, pressing reset brought the missing trips up.

This has happened once before, anybody know why?
