Vehicle breakdown/recovery
I'm looking for some breakdown cover as my 940 project is pretty much road ready, however being substantially lower than a stock 940, I have clearance issues especially with the intercooler which sits proud at the front, along with everything else under the car!
Do the big companies have the ability to recover vehicles like this or would I need a specialist low loader? |

On the issue of recovering a vehicle such as yours, you'd be surprised what an experienced Recovery technician can get on the back of a truck or set up for towing. If they can recover caravans then a car should be easy. I have no affiliation with Nationwide, I just think their account, and service in general is excellent, best I've ever had by a mile.

I have had to Jack under the sills to get a Jack under the wishbone on a lowered Renault in order to change a wheel on one occasion when servicing rally cars. There always a way around the problem. Paul. |

Had is with my slammed 340 (prop coming off a few times) and never an issue getting it loaded. They normally have jacks and wood etc to help get it on
