Default XC60 front disc seized on

Did the front discs and pads today. The first side all went fine but when I came to the second one I couldn't get the disc off. I sprayed plenty of penetrating fluid and was beating the hell out of it but it was going absolutely no where. It's completely seized on.

If you've sprayed plenty of penetrating fluid round it it might be worth leaving it for a few days to act and then try again.

Smash the F**k out of it with a lump hammer. Hit from the front and back, rotating as you go.

Works for me every time.

Presumably you've taken the little screw out?

Otherwise you need a bigger hammer. Unless you can find someone with a 3 legged puller to fit which might shift it.

I would try that.... whilst still bashing it with a hammer.

If that doesn't work then blowtorch the centre of the disk and then retry the hammer technique.

I'd take care smashing the disc too much. Lots of delicate parts in the vicinity. The jacking bolt theory is probably the best technique partnered with penetrating fluid overnight.
