Ixion Allows - Silver Colour?
Hi guys,
I've searched on here and online, called Volvo and where my car was originally purchased from and had to luck trying to get the Colour Code for the silver part of the Ixion alloys. I can see the darker grey/black can be either 955/958 but its the silver colour of the rim I'm after. (I've also seen people saying he Halfords Volvo Silver is too grey) Any ideas? Thanks (2014 XC60 D5 18") |

My understanding is that the silver is the actual colour of the alloy after being skimmed (diamond cut). I don’t think it’s painted.

The silver bit is the alloy, it's not painted. Mine corroded under the lacquer so I sanded it all off and did those bits in dark grey instead as a contrast.
Might not be everyones cup of tea but I like the look. |
