Default Key Fob Memory not working

Hi
My wife and I have different fobs for our 12/2004 S40, so when we each open the drivers door, the seat adjusts to our preferred position as stored in the memory.

Not any more though! We now have to press the seat position button to adjust the seat.

Does anyone have any ideas please? Ive reprogrammed the fobs but still no luck.

Any advice much appreciated.

Many thanks

I'm guessing that you have a mk2 S40 and are posting in the "classic" (mk1) section.
