Exclamation Mister Auto

I recently purchased an ATE reconditioned caliper from these guys, the part arrived promptly and appears to be a top quality refurb from ATE as advertised.
I had to pay a hefty £44 deposit on this sale which included return post, the caliper was not the cheapest by a long way at £75 but I wanted genuine ATE.
I promptly returned the old caliper and had conformation it had arrived at MisterAuto after enquiring the following week.
Here's where everything started to slow down, I was told the caliper went to Germany, then France, then it had to be inspected, then after long delays it was authorised for payment to be made, that never turned up when promised.
I launched a PayPal dispute which they didn't answer, after a couple of days I launched a PayPal claim and received payment the same day.....
I checked trust pilot afterwards, yep the wrong way round, and saw straight away another customer reporting the same problem.
So, be aware, parts are good but customer service is poor.
Always use PayPal or a credit card when buying internet/mail order.
