Default Bw35 atf type?

Hi chaps, I'm looking at renewing the atf in my 1976 244dl automatic, could anyone recommend a suitable replacement grade/brand. It's all a bit alien to me!

Thanks, R

You need fluid that meets Ford specification M2C-33F or G. Don't use Dexron, or any of the other modern fluids. You can get 5l of it by Carplan or Comma for example on ebay for about £20 delivered.
