Electrics: - 2003 V70 rear electrics

Searched a few posts and have a few options of what my issue might be but I still have no clue.

No high brake light, no boot locking, no fuel cap locking, no heated window functionality rear/side.

I had my local garage take a look and they said it could be the REM and I would need to go to the dealership to sort. They had a 'quick check' of the cables and said things seemed ok. I don't think they pulled the cables out.

I've checked all the fuses in the main fuse box and they seem ok.

Does this sound like a module failure or broken cables?

Thanks for that. I scanned and then saw V70 but didn't notice the years. Bah. I will shift it to that section.
