c70 2002 2.4 petrol convertable
Hi, I'm new to this forum, I recently purchased a c70 2.4 petrol convertable year 2002. it's in a reasonable condition but needs things doing to it, I have been trying to buy (preferably new) a brake master cylinder and brake servo, I would be most grateful if anybody can tell me where I can buy these items

Hi, just a thought but are you asking because you have a definate fault or just surprised how poor they seem compared to your previous car ??
Volvo brakes have never been renowned for being sharp and I know when I've driven VW's say, it's felt like I've just done an emergency stop when applying them 'normally' ! You'd be surprised what a brake fluid change and a proper bleed of the brakes can achieve though, just a thought ! Cheers John |

volvo brakes
Hi John, Had a garage look at it, it's not leaking fluid but taking in air, garage thinks the servo is the problem
