Ha ........ strange they were ordered as a set ???? I'll take them back if no use ! I'm just glad all my other goodies didn't sell !!!

They would have fitted my old 740... the ones I use now have a central ring above the steel backing plate with a wire spring wound round it and going out towards the top corners, rather than 2 tabs sticking up from the backing plate with pins going out over the pads.
Would it be worth checking they do fit your car before we agree on the postage?

Hi Geoff,

it's the accumulated spared I was selling - not breaking the car ..... far too good for that.

In fact now my health has taken a turn for the better - AND the car is starting first time every time [??] and purring like a kitten - I'll carry on with it. I never really wanted to part with it anyway although I was tempted when I was offered £250 for the engine and £175 for the auto trans !!
