Service Issues: Servicing schedule

Since moving house I cant find my servicing schedule booklet.

Has any body got the servicing schedule and breakdown whats needed please,

My car has done 113k miles, so need to see whats the best service it requires to get it back in line.

what is date of registration ? time matters too :-) also what was done at the last couple of services ?
Also the volvo dealer who serviced it will hold detailed service information and also basic information from other volvo dealers who have serviced it .
