Hello to all,

Appreciate views/advice re lack of spare tyre on XC90 and whether it is worth investing in the spacesaver.

Many thanks.

if you dont have a spare you get a air pump to blow the tyres up , but no good if punctured

Thanks for your response. I have got a compressor and sealant in the car. But would you recommend getting a space saver and if so, is this a dealer only item?

Are you absolutely sure you don't have a spare tyre? Have a look under the rear bumper i.e. below the car rather than inside the boot. My XC90 certainly has a spare (space saver I think).

Unbelievable and more penny pinching from Volvo! Have you noticed that on a £35,000+ car they only meet the minimum legal requirement by fitting one fog light rather than two.
