Smile Cruise Control V70 LPG

Hi All,
I have a V70 Classic which is LPG converted. I have done 40000 fault free miles in it. However since i bought the car with the LPG fitted the cruise control will not work when the car runs on gas. When it runs on petrol the cruise control works fine? Has anyone got any ideas or know where i can take it for it to be looked at? I live in Ashton-Under-Lyne.

On a seperate issue I have just bought a 1993 480 which has gas fitted. Drives fine starts fine however once changed to run on gas it tickover very high and also does this on petrol. Again any one got any ideas? I wont be keeping the car so hopefully it will be a cheap issue!

Cheers Eric

Is it just a case the speed will not stay constant? Most likely a mapping issue.

Do you know what kind of system is on the 480? I'd asume more likely a mixer system so could be a few things but if the revs are only raising a little I'd not worry about it.

Regarding the 480 problem, try cleaning the airflow meter, always found lots of dirt/carbon in mine which makes the idle stick around 1000-1200 rpm ....
