Thor's are brilliant lights. Perhaps not the best and as some said, Xenons might reach further away but LEDs emit very even light in whole area of output. Personally, I wouldn't trade mine for xenons but if facelift was out of question then there is no choice between halogen or xenons. |

Blue light keeps the brain awake. So if you drive for hours late at night, with blue LEDs, you will get home and have bad nights sleep. |

Xenons emit more blue light than LEDs, anyway. |

My house is currently kitted out with warm white LED bulbs... I had to wait many years before they were available on the shelves of tesco, however blue LED have been available for years and years, because they are cheaper to make. Re Xenon, here is a colour temp comparison chart. Most OEM xenons are 4300k in colour, a slightly yellow hue. Whereas OEM LED systems are generally 6000k, which imho is far too blue. The second 4300k LED bulbs are on the shelves, with a cheap enough price, I will be all over them. |

In terms of blinding, in Estonia and on our roads, xenons are definitely the worst kind. Must have crap blubs installed but man are these awful. |
