745 Turbo 1989 Pre-facelift 115k Manual
B230ET with M46 4 speed manual with overdrive.1 previous owner, full very extensive service history, main dealer upto 90k, cambelt and clutch at 100k, springs and dampers all round, lots and lots of new major servicing parts replaced in my ownership the past 5 years, too many to list here. Undersealed, mechanically tip top! 10 months MOT and no advisories for many years. New tyres recently plus much more. Complete owners pack, service record, manuals and three keys. Excellent condition but not mint or concourse.
Listing it here first for a short period then the open market websites. Phone me or pm me to chat more fully about the car and a possible offer/value. Jon 07919897509

My car isnt used as a regular car anymore but more of a garaged cosseted princess hobby as illustrated in the photographs here. I uncovered it today to take it on a nice run to Lisburn to meet up wih Matt (S40DSport) who sells lovely cars and it enjoyed stretching its legs on the motorway. And also to clarify it is genuine original condition except for the Jetex exhaust fitted three years ago.
I havent uploaded images but theVolvo service folder is stamped by the supplying maindealer upto 90k miles(now on 118k) as well as each supporting Volvo Invoice that corresponds with the stamp. Since then in my ownership I have kept every receipt and handwritten it in to the service book the date, mileage and task carried out and it is lengthy also. The car had never once let the original gentleman down and it has never let me down except a faulty HT lead once. I would happily get in it now and drive it to Francewithout even needing to check the oil because I know the car and it's state of maintenanc so well. Jon Ps i am sorry that some of my images appear upside down, I dont seem able to correct it.

Extra Info re Maintenance Work
I bought the car from it's original owner who retired from driving four or five years ago. I used it as a regular driver for 18months and then it became my cosseted, hobby car that I steadily improved over time. All work and purchased parts over that period is documented and receipts kept. Up until my ownership the gentleman had it main/supplying dealer serviced and maintained and all stamps are in the folder service record plus the corresponding invoices all catalogued.
I had the clutch, cambelt and rear springs replaced immediately, a Swedish Jetex Exhaust(£400) plus a major service and that was at approx 90k miles. Since then it has had oil changes every 3000 miles without exception. *It has had a new Bosch hi pressure fuel pump, two fuel filters, fuel pressure regulator, two distributor caps(Bosch again) HT leads, plugs, gearbox oil changed twice, rear diff oil changed once, coolant temp sensor very recently, front springs top mounts and dampers recently. On top of that lot I have thouroughly enjoyed maintenance work such as idle control valve cleaning, air mass meter cleaning, throttle body cleaning, injectors cleaning, *undersealed and cosmetic detailing very regularly.. etc etc etc. * When i do drive it which isnt often anymore It gets plenty of attention... Its a rare car in very good original condition with no rust or bubbling or dents and increasing in value but it is not a minter. * What lets it down is some paintwork. * The gentleman had taped the sunroof up in his wisdom believing it to be leaking when it simply needed the drain holes rodding to unblock. *The tape when removed lifted some laquer with it around the sunroof and he had a GB sticker on the tailgate and again when removed although no laquer peel the paint has discoloured so slightly different shade in the oval shape of the GB badge. * Therefore, spend a bob or three on a bit of paintwork and it would be truly excellent and if it doesnt sell for a sensible price then i will cosset it for another five years and have those two areas painted.
