v40 diesel manual gearbox needed

Hi everyone bought a v40 diesel with Dodgy gear change. changed bushes on selector rod. wow what an improvement. went to turn car around on drive then found hole at.bottom of gearbox. transmission fluid all over drive. ummmmm believe to a renault derivative with reverse next to first gear. can I find a replacement box. noooo would have better luck getting crock of gold at end of rainbow. can a later gearbox be retro fitted or any other advice on a solution will be appreciated. v40 has full volvo service history every mot and bills for repairs.13 years old with 110k on clock mint inside..
