No problems mate
The boss with the rubber bit - you need to get a two piece boss kit, I have one that I had bought years ago for fitting to a Range Rover P38, take the lower part off, the part that has the splined hole for fitting to the steering column. You are then left with a metal cage type part which acts two fold, spacer for the wheel so its not two close to the stalks and also a collapsable section in case of an accident, thats then covered with a rubber sleeve to make it look pretty hope that helps mate |

Bought a boss and wheel today, wheel should be here thursday and hopefully BOSS will go straight on without needing any mods or parts from standard wheel.....
If it works il let you know which BOSS fits

whilst on my endless search a couple of years ago now, i found a few that should have fitted (carisma/evo etc) but looked like the horn wouldn't have worked and would have lost auto cancel of the indicators Last edited by btsam; Apr 12th, 2011 at 19:28. |

its a mazda BOSS i think, i do think i will lose the indicator cut off but im not fussed cos as a habit i cancel them before the stalk does it anyway. i will have to rig the horn from the old wheel but my new Boss has the round metal plate which creates the circuit. once the wheel is here thursday i will hav a play and post all details when finished.
